How do I get my file?
A download link is emailed to you as soon as your payment goes through. It also appears on the order confirmation page. If it hasn't arrived in five minutes, check your spam folder before you panic.
What format are the files?
PDF, sized 8.5 x 11 inches (US Letter). They open on any phone, tablet, or computer, and print on any home printer.
Can I use them on my iPad?
Yes. They work in GoodNotes, Notability, and most annotation apps. The lines are spaced for writing either way.
How many times can I print?
As many as you want, forever. Print one page fifty times if that's the page you use.
Can I share it with a friend?
Please don't. These are for personal use. If a friend wants one, send them the link.
Can I get a refund on a digital product?
Because the file downloads immediately, digital purchases are final. If something's broken or the file won't open, email us and we'll fix it or refund you. That's a promise, not a loophole.
Skincare and supplements
Are these authentic?
Yes. Korean skincare comes from the actual brands, not gray-market resellers.
How long does shipping take?
Physical orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days in the US. You'll get tracking when it ships.
Can I return a physical product?
Unopened items can be returned within 30 days. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and supplements can't be returned unless they arrived damaged or wrong, in which case email us and we'll sort it.
Will the supplements cure or treat anything?
No, and anyone who says otherwise is breaking the law. These are supplements. They are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Talk to your doctor before starting anything new, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, or on medication.
